On 26 April 2016, in order to finalize the Ethiopia site integration plan, Dr. Boni Moyo organized a writeshop which was attended by representatives from nearly all CRPs and CG centres.
Having shared some initial thoughts about the current and desired situation, from each CRP's standpoint, regarding the 10 elements of site integration, the writeshop participants focused on collaboratively developing 'key outcomes' that the site integration plan should aspire to deliver by 2020, as well as a series of 'strategic interventions' helping to reach the outcomes.
The writeshop resulted in this Google document (only viewable). That document was then edited, formatted and sent over to the Consortium Office on Friday 29 April 2016.
